The crew took their time to figure out the issue and talked us through the entire process with recommendations along the way - they were great! They resolved the problem, talked us through future mitigation options and provided us guidance on prevention techniques.

I do not have any social media accounts, but want to let you know that again, Dr. Charlie did an excellent job installing my new kitchen faucet and 2 valves. I was not expecting to have to get 2 new valves because of kitchen remodel in 2008, but because I trust Dr. Charlie, I agreed to do it even though I really could not afford it. I consider Dr. Charlie an excellent plumber who is trust worthy and I know I can count on him to tell me like it is and not afraid of being taken advantage of.
